Residence Inn by Marriott Beaumont

Great staff. Mike went out of his way to bring me the coffee pot I prefer as old school. Their breakfast is the best of all the hotels I have been to. They have food choices that meets everyone's diet daily. The kitchen staff are great. Good food choices. They don't do pork only like other hotels do. They have fresh fruits,boiled eggs ,yougurt, canteloupes, melon ,oranges, bananas,apples and many other delicious choices different daily. If you are not well or have little strength do not choose 4th floor because elevator to that floor are located at the back building only. You will have to walk out side the front building pushing the luggage cart out through that door is a challenge. The luggage carts are only found in the front building only. The walk to the back building in the cold and rain is not for the weak. House keeping may need more training. My room was never mopped or vaccumed. They offer housekeeping every 3 days. They do the bed sometimes and sometimes you have to ask. I thank the lady housekeeper for that area for asking the people in the elevator to wait for me when I was l walking fast to catch it late for breakfast and I made it to the breakfast area before they closed. It is not modern but ok. The staff I met was great.

I’ve stayed at several hotels in Beaumont and this Residence Inn is by far the best out of all of them in the area. My wife ran hotels for her career and when she’s satisfied, it’s definitely a good stay. The rooms are nice, the staff is friendly and they have a maintenance man who cared enough to change out my shower head. The GM also made sure my stay was good and and exceeded expectations. Nice rooms, comfortable beds and a staff that cares. We will be back soon.

Location was very convenient, but right next to busy roads (with road work when we stayed). Facilities were good and clean. We were only there for one night. The breakfast was standard (oatmeal a bit solid, but edible).

This particular location has everything that keeps me coming back. The customer service is exceptional, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. The property is well-maintained, from the outside to the inside, ensuring a pleasant stay. I’ve had amazing experiences with the entire staff, and I love the amenities available. I often stay for weeks at a time, calling this place my home away from home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the property is very clean. I want to express my gratitude to the management team and staff for their exceptional service and dedication. I highly recommend this location to all my colleagues, friends, and family members. I rate it highly because of its unique ability to make me feel comfortable and valued.

I had a great stay at Residence Inn Beaumont. Check-in was quick and easy. Destiny at the front desk set the tone right away. She was kind, upfront, and made the process simple. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel overall was clearly well maintained. The workout area was also clean and had several solid equipment options, which I appreciated. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, and multiple people greeted me during my stay. Breakfast was better than expected, with plenty of options and food that seemed fresh. Overall, this is one of the best Residence Inns I’ve stayed at, and I’ve stayed at many. Keep up the great work.

We just stayed here last night on a road trip. The room was good and everything in good shape. We had a puppy with us and there were lots of good places to walk. The front desk personnel were helpful. I would recommend this hotel - it felt safe and had what we needed and everything worked!

Residence Inn is always close to my heart - This is the usual stay whenever I visit Beaumont for a business trip. True to its name, it is more of a "Residence" than a hotel - The rooms are spacious with a kitchen area and lots of storage to go with. Located at an area with lots of restaurants, and never too far from anywhere you'd want to go to in Beaumont.

Room is spacious, kitchen is decently equipped, breakfast is the typical american type, car parking is adequate. No water bottle in room. Cleaning is twice a week. Bed is very soft, gives backache.
